Explains how to pause or stop a digital product from delivery

Pausing or stopping a digital product from being delivered to new customer orders is easy with our Digital Downloads Pro. The following steps explain how you can do it.

  1. Go to the "Digital Products" page

  2. Find the product you want to pause and click it

  3. Change its status to "Archived" from the link found at the top of the page

  4. Once done, click "Save".

This ensures that customers who have already made a purchase can still continue to access their purchased content while making sure that the digital product will not be delivered to new orders. In case you want to stop a file from being available to old customer orders as well, you may consider deleting the file instead.
