Troubleshooting guide if the Product Variants aren't showing in your emails.

In general, our OrderlyEmails app will display the Product Variants option as they were configured in your Shopify Admin > Product Details.

If you forgot to add the product variant. You can add variants to your product by following this Shopify guide, and all your new orders containing this item will display this information.

If the product variant is set up in your product information, but it's still not appearing in the email notification, you may want to check to see if the font color is set to 'white' or the same as the "Inner Background Color."

To check, please do the following:

  1. In the app editor, go to 'Theme Settings' and choose 'Color and Styling'.

  2. Scroll to the BODY section, check 'Lighter text color', and change it if it's set to be the same as your background color.

Once you've finished changing the color in the email settings, click on 'Export to Shopify' to copy/paste your updated email templates into the Shopify notifications.
