For easy and faster staff processes, the Fulfillment Request email and the New Order (Internal) email templates are designed to always display helpful product information.

The OrderlyEmails editor allows whether or not to show product details such as SKU and vendor in your notifications. However, these two field options only affect the customer-facing emails and not the internal ones.

The same occurs with the weight info; it's expected to be always shown in the Fulfillment Request and the New Order (Internal) notifications, but there's nothing to worry about because this info won't appear on the emails your customers receive.

Having the Vendor, SKU, and weight info always visible on these two internal emails has proven super helpful for most merchants. However, if you would like to hide this info, you may reach out to our support team, and we'll help you achieve it.
