Digital Downloads Pro offers personalized email notification support via the use of liquid variables in the email subject. This feature improves the customer experience by allowing them to identify important information easily.
Here is how:
Login to Digital Downloads Pro
Go to the Settings page
In the Emails & webpages section
Select the email template you want to modify.
In the Email subject and title field, you can write up a text incorporating the variable you want to use.
For example, if you want to add the full name of your customer and the order number, then you can use:
Hey {{ full_name }}, your digital products for order {{ order_name }} are now available!
After making the changes, save it and send a test email to see how they look.
That is it! You should be set now. The email notification's subject and title will now display the information from the variable you entered into the title field.
