Customizing the gift card image can add a personal touch to your online store, making it more appealing to your customers. In this guide, we will walk you through the process of personalizing the gift card image within the OrderlyEmails app as well as the landing page on your Shopify theme.
Change it in the OrderlyEmails template
You can change the way the default gift card image looks in your gift card confirmation email by following these steps:
Log in to your OrderlyEmails app
Click the "Customize" button for your email theme
Head over to the Gift Card Confirmation template and look for the gift card details section.
Click on Upload image and upload the image you want to show in your email.
Alternatively, if you want to hide the image, click on Hide gift card image.
Personalize it on the Shopify Gift Card page
If you also want to change the image on the Shopify landing page of the gift card (where your customers are redirected after they decide to view the gift card), you may follow these steps provided by Shopify.
