The Digital Download Pro app tracks the number of times each download link has been accessed, or key validations for your own analytics and access control.
To check the accesses/downloads for your orders, follow these quick steps:
Log in to Digital Downloads Pro
Click on Orders, and select the order you want to inspect
On the order details page, you may see access, downloads, key validations, and click times.
Note: The number of times the order download page is accessed determines how many actual "Order access" counts there are. (Accesses from a different browser, location, or after a few hours will count as new access.). Thus, the order access count is fundamentally distinct from the file download count.
