Order is on-hold

Explains why your order is on hold, and how to pass through approve it

If any of your orders fail to pass the Delivery and fraud prevention settings you've set up, its status will be marked as 'On-hold', and no email or download links will be provided to the customer. You're required to review the order manually before it can be delivered to the customer.

When an order requires manual approval, a large banner will display at the top of the page. Here, you can either Approve or Decline it.

  • If Approved, the digital items will be delivered to your customer immediately with no issues when accessing the digital products.

  • If Declined, the Digital Downloads Pro order will be set to cancelled. Therefore, the digital products won't be reachable to that customer.
