Digital Downloads Pro will automatically send your customers an email with links to access the digital content if the delivery and fraud prevention rules are met.
If you need to resend the email to the customer with their download page link, our Digital Downloads Pro allows you to do so. Here's how:
Resend email
Login to Digital Downloads Pro
Go to the Orders page
Locate the order you want to resend the email for
On the top right-hand side, click on Resend email.
That's it! Once clicked, your email will be resent to your customer's email.
💡The download link will be accessible based on the Order Access limit set on the app. If the customer has reached the limit, you may update the limit for that order.
