Grapevine Surveys helps you create a simple feedback surveys that can be sent to customers through the Shopify notification emails.
If you have the Grapevine Surveys app installed, and want your emails to include a feedback survey, then this article will help you to get it set up in OrderlyEmails.
Step 1
In the OrderlyEmails editor, select the email from the email chooser that you want to add the survey to.
Step 2
Click the "Add section" button found at the bottom of the sections list.
Step 3
Select the "Grapevine - feedback survey" section and click "Add".
Step 4
Personalize the Question, Additional text and button fields to match your feedback survey.
Step 5
Paste the unique feedback survey form from your Grapevine survey account. This links the button to the survey form you would like the customer to fill out.
NOTE: This link comes directly from Grapevine; if you haven't set up your survey yet, please visit the Grapevine Surveys app first.
Make sure the survey is set as a Standalone page; otherwise, the link will redirect to the home page.
Step 6 (optional)
You can also change the position of the button in the email, by dragging the section in the list of sections.
Step 7
Click the "Export to Shopify" or "Purchase" button to export the updated email to the Shopify admin. Once done, any email sent will automatically include your survey section, allowing them to provide feedback to you.
