Explains how to export your email designs to ensure your customers get their latest version

If you've just installed and paid for a theme in OrderlyEmails or if you've made recent changes to your existing email templates in the editor, you would be required to export the email templates into the Shopify notifications section for them to be reflected on the emails sent by Shopify. Please follow these steps to do so:

Step 1:

Go to Apps > OrderlyEmails > Export to Shopify in your Shopify admin.

Note: You must first purchase the theme to export the template code.

Step 2:

On the right panel, please find and select the email template you want to export and follow the steps described on the left.

Step 3:

Repeat this process for each email template that requires updating. If this is the first time exporting them, you would need to export all 40+ emails to ensure your customers get our email design version instead of Shopify's.

Once done, you may preview or send a test email. Also, you may place a test order in your Shopify store to fully verify and confirm that everything works as expected. To place a test order, you may follow this Shopify guide.
