Printing packing slips for your orders is a must-have for all Shopify stores, looking to stay efficient and reduce packing mistakes.

OrderlyPrint makes it easy to print packing slips to include in packages before shipping.

Printing Packing Slips

You can print packing slips for your Shopify orders, by doing the following:

  1. Login to OrderlyPrint: https://www.orderlyprint.com

  2. On the main "Dashboard" page, select the orders you want to print packing slips for.

  3. Click on the "Packing slips" button

  4. A new window will open with a preview of your selected packing slips.

  5. Click the "Print" button in the top right corner

Pro tip: When viewing the packing slip preview screen, you can click and type to change text before printing. Great for adding in personal messages to customers!

Include only Unfulfilled items in packing slips

You can easily handle partial fulfillments of your orders, by only showing the unfulfilled quantity of items in your packing slips.

  1. In OrderlyPrint, go to "Document designer"

  2. Go into the "Options and formats" section

  3. Scroll to the "PACKING SLIP SETTINGS" group of options

  4. Set the "Line items to show" setting to "Unfulfilled.

Automated packing slips for fulfillment services or warehouses

You can also provide your custom fulfillment service with a packing slip for the products they need to ship, by adding a PDF download link to the 'Fulfillment request' emails automatically sent to them by Shopify.

The packing slip will only display products that need to be fulfilled by that supplier.

How to setup automatic packing slips for fulfillment services or warehouses:

  1. Login to OrderlyPrint: https://www.orderlyprint.com

  2. Click on "Settings" in the top menu

  3. Click on the tab "Automated PDFs"

  4. Follow the one-time setup instructions
