It is possible to have the emails in Shopify in multiple languages. Following are instructions if you are using the LangShop app on your multi-language website:
Customize the emails in OrderlyEmails for the store’s main language, then export the code in the original language you want to export to Shopify’s Notification Email.
Note: You must first purchase the theme to be able to export the email template code.
After you've copied the code from OrderlyEmails, go to your Shopify 'Settings' > 'Notifications' > 'Translate', then paste the email code you received from the OrderlyEmails app in all language options so the original translation from the email design is preserved.
Note: Please make sure to paste and save the original email code from the OrderlyEmails app for each language you want translated into.
After that, in the LangShop app, go to the "Translations" dropdown and select "Notification templates." Click the template you want to translate, then click "Translate."
Just make sure to check the languages you want your emails translated into, and also the 'Overwrite existing translations' option:
Once everything is in place, you may want to preview the templates. You can do this by going to the Shopify Notifications section, click on one of the Notifications you wish to preview, and then selecting the 'Preview' option to see the template in each available language.
