Tracking pages create a premium brand experience, reducing “where is my order?” support tickets, and generate more upsells for your store. This article explains how to use and set up Wonderment with OrderlyEmails.
Install Where’s My Order? app by Wonderment and activate the Premium plan. This will automatically generate a custom tracking page for you and will activate the tracking page links within OrderlyEmails.
In the OrderlyEmails editor, select the Shipping confirmation email from the email chooser.
Click on the "Tracking button" section in the list of sections.
Change the "Links to" setting to "Wonderment tracking page"
The app will then automatically include the correct code in your emails, so that they link to the relevant tracking page for that customer’s order:
Note: This will also update the link used in the Shipping update, Out for Delivery, and Delivered shipping emails automatically.
