By default, our Digital Downloads Pro keeps the customer's name and email address information from your Shopify order details.
However, we understand how useful it can be to update or edit these details, especially when the customer makes a mistake in their email during checkout.
Edit the customer's name and email address
Login to Digital Downloads Pro
Go to the Orders page
Locate the customer order and click on it to open it's details
On the right panel, find the "Customer" section and click Edit
Make the needed adjustments and click Save.
