The app allows you to add a PDF download link to the account page, order status page, as well as the emails that Shopify sends to your customers, meaning that customers receive the document automatically.
If you wish to receive a copy of the document you're sending to your customers, that is also possible. You can include the PDF download link in the email that Shopify sends to you (staff members) when a new order is placed in your store. That way you and your employees can access the PDF for any of the incoming orders.
To set this up you just need to do the following:
1- Login to Order Printer Pro (Shopify admin > Apps)
2- Go to Automated PDFs in the top navigation menu
3- Select the template you would like to provide to customers automatically, then click the Setup PDF link button.
4- The PDF link settings page will appear. Fill out each of the fields, just make sure to select the "New order notification email"
5- Once you have filled out the fields, click the Next step button
6- Follow the step-by-step instructions on how to add the needed pdf download link code to the selected email.
Now every time a customer places an order, you will receive a copy of the "Nor order notification email" with a PDF download link in it.
