Automatically providing PDF invoices/receipts (recommended)

Let customers download invoices themselves by providing a PDF download link in your Order confirmation or Shipping confirmation emails. When one of your customers receives these emails automatically, they can click the link and receive the PDF automatically.

How to setup automatic invoices:

  1. Login to OrderlyPrint: https://www.orderlyprint.com
  2. Click on "Settings" in the top menu
  3. Click on the tab "Email documents"
  4. Follow the one-time setup instructions

Once setup, everything will run automatically. No time wasted manually printing, no more wasted paper and ink.

Printing Invoices/receipts

You can print invoices for your Shopify orders, by doing the following:

  1. Login to OrderlyPrint: https://www.orderlyprint.com
  2. On the main "Dashboard" page, select the orders you want to print invoices for.
  3. Click on the "Invoices" button
  4. A new window will open with a preview of your selected invoices.
  5. Click the "Print" button in the top right corner


Pro tip: When viewing the invoice preview screen, you can click and type to change text before printing. Great for adding in personal messages to customers!
