You can reverse or cancel the fulfillment of an order or products through our OrderlyPrint app easily. You just need to follow these simple steps:

1- Once in the app dashboard, go to "Fulfillment"

2- Find the order you want to unfulfill-> Click on "Fulfillment history" and cancel the fulfillment:

Once the fulfillment is cancelled, the products or order will display in the OrderlyPrint dashboard as unfulfilled.

Note: You may also cancel an order fulfilment through your Shopify Admin. Just go to the order> More> Cancel Fulfillment.
